Podorax respects intellectual property and expects users to do the same. The platform includes creator profiles, guest requests, responses, invitations, messages, shared resources, uploaded files, reviews, published episode references, social links, and podcast-related materials. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights needed to upload, publish, link, or share content through Podorax.

This Copyright Policy explains how Podorax approaches copyright concerns in a practical, DMCA-style way. It is designed for public beta and launch preparation. It does not create a formal legal relationship beyond the Terms, and it should not be treated as legal advice.

Users keep ownership of the content they create, subject to any permissions they grant to Podorax, other users, podcast networks, publishers, platforms, or collaborators. Podorax does not own your podcast, your episode, your guest appearance, your likeness, your brand, or your original creator materials just because you use the service.

By sharing content on Podorax, you give Podorax permission to host, display, transmit, process, and use that content as needed to provide platform features, including discovery, collaboration, messaging, review, safety, support, and moderation workflows.

You should only upload or share content that you created, own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use. This includes profile photos, headshots, podcast artwork, episode descriptions, guest bios, attachments, documents, links, review text, message content, and resource materials.

If you work with a podcast network, agency, employer, sponsor, or production team, make sure you understand who owns the relevant materials and what you are allowed to share. Podorax cannot resolve private ownership disputes between collaborators.

Creator profiles may include photos, bios, social links, topics, past appearances, published episode references, and other content that helps hosts evaluate fit. You may not use another person's photo, name, logo, podcast identity, or professional biography in a misleading or unauthorized way.

If your profile includes links to external content, you are responsible for making sure the links are accurate and that you are not implying endorsement, affiliation, or ownership you do not have.

Podorax messaging and preparation tools may allow participants to share files, outlines, notes, documents, images, or other materials. Do not upload copyrighted materials unless you have the right to share them with the conversation participant and through Podorax storage.

Uploaded files should be relevant to the collaboration. Do not upload pirated content, leaked materials, malware, unauthorized media files, or documents that contain confidential information you are not allowed to share.

Messages are intended for collaboration between accepted participants. Message text may include ideas, talking points, outlines, research links, episode preparation notes, and production details. Sharing content in messages does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to the other participant.

If you share someone else's copyrighted material in a message, make sure you have permission or a lawful basis to do so. If a message includes infringing or unauthorized content, Podorax may restrict access or take moderation action after review.

Shared resources can help hosts and guests prepare for better conversations. They may include articles, websites, research documents, brand pages, product pages, podcast links, press kits, or background materials.

When sharing resources, link to legitimate sources where possible and avoid copying full third-party materials into Podorax unless you have permission. Do not use shared resources to distribute infringing files or bypass another platform's access controls.

Podorax may allow users to add links to published episodes after a collaboration is completed. A published episode reference may include a title, description, platform URL, and publication date. These references help users build credibility and show collaboration outcomes.

Adding a published episode link does not mean Podorax owns the episode or has verified all rights connected to it. The user adding the link is responsible for making sure they are allowed to reference the episode and that the link is accurate.

If you believe content on Podorax infringes your copyright, contact Podorax through the Contact page and choose the Copyright topic. Include enough information for us to identify the content and understand your claim.

Copyright reports should be specific and truthful. Do not submit reports to silence criticism, remove lawful content, pressure another user, or interfere with a legitimate collaboration.

Podorax may follow a DMCA-style notice process when reviewing copyright claims, even while our formal legal operations are still maturing. This usually means we review the report, identify the content, assess whether the report appears complete, and decide whether temporary restriction or removal is appropriate.

We do not promise a specific legal outcome for every report, and we may ask for additional information before taking action. Some disputes may need to be resolved directly between the parties or through appropriate legal channels.

A useful copyright report should include your name, email address, a description of the copyrighted work, the Podorax URL or content location, an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate.

If you are acting for a rights owner, explain your authority to submit the report. If the content appears on a third-party site linked from Podorax, identify whether your complaint is about the Podorax reference, the third-party content, or both.

After receiving a copyright report, Podorax may review the content, contact the reporting party, contact the user who posted the content, restrict access, remove content, preserve relevant records, or take no action if the report is incomplete or does not appear to involve Podorax-hosted content.

We try to avoid over-removal while still respecting intellectual property. Because context matters, review times may vary based on the type of content, the clarity of the report, account history, and safety or legal risk.

If your content is removed or restricted because of a copyright report and you believe the report was mistaken, you may contact Podorax with a counter-notification-style response. Explain what was removed, why you believe you have rights to use it, and provide supporting context.

Podorax may restore content, keep it restricted, request more information, or ask the parties to resolve the issue directly. We do not provide legal advice and may decline to act on unclear or risky disputes.

Accounts that repeatedly upload or share infringing content may be restricted, suspended, or removed. Repeat violations can include multiple valid copyright reports, repeated unauthorized use of profile images, reposting removed materials, or using Podorax primarily to distribute infringing files.

Podorax may consider the severity of the issue, whether the user acted intentionally, whether the content was removed quickly, and whether the user has a pattern of similar behavior.

Copyright-related account actions may include content removal, link removal, file restriction, profile edits, warning notices, limits on messaging or uploads, suspension, or account removal. Serious misuse, fraud, impersonation, or malware may also be handled under the Acceptable Use Policy and Trust & Safety processes.

If copyright concerns overlap with harassment, scams, fake profiles, or unsafe conduct, Podorax may review the matter under multiple policies.

Copyright questions and reports should be submitted through the Podorax Contact page using the Copyright topic. Include detailed information and respond to follow-up questions so we can review the matter efficiently.
