Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the behavior and content that are not allowed on Podorax. It applies to creator profiles, guest requests, responses, invitations, messages, attachments, scheduling workflows, preparation workspaces, reviews, ratings, notifications, saved items, public episode references, and any other feature connected to Podorax.

The goal is to protect a professional creator marketplace. Podorax is for real podcast collaboration, not spam, scams, harassment, fake reputation building, scraping, or unsafe activity. If your use of Podorax creates risk for users or the platform, we may take action even if the exact behavior is not listed here.

You may not use Podorax to break the law, harm others, interfere with the platform, mislead users, or abuse collaboration tools. Prohibited activity includes behavior done manually, through multiple accounts, through automation, or through someone acting on your behalf.

Spam includes unwanted, repetitive, irrelevant, or deceptive outreach. Podorax may limit or remove accounts that use invitations, requests, responses, messages, reviews, or profile links to push unrelated promotions or mass campaigns.

Examples include mass invitations, repeated messages after a user has declined, unsolicited sales pitches, affiliate promotions disguised as podcast opportunities, or using guest requests to collect leads instead of booking guests.

You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, dox, sexually pressure, or repeatedly contact another user in a way that makes the platform unsafe. This applies in profiles, requests, responses, invitations, messages, reviews, and any content uploaded or linked through Podorax.

If a user blocks you, declines an invitation, rejects a response, or asks not to continue, respect that boundary. Creating new accounts or using other channels to continue the same conduct may be treated as account abuse.

Podorax does not allow content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.

Professional debate and difficult conversations are allowed when handled responsibly. Direct attacks, slurs, exclusionary requests, or content that encourages harassment or discrimination are not allowed.

Fraud includes scams, phishing, false opportunities, deceptive claims, and attempts to obtain money, credentials, personal information, or access under false pretenses. Podorax is not a payment platform, and users should be cautious when a collaboration suddenly shifts toward payment, investment, credential sharing, or suspicious external links.

Do not use Podorax to run fake podcast opportunities, impersonate a brand or studio, send malicious links, claim fake credentials, or trick users into off-platform schemes.

You may not pretend to be another person, company, podcast, network, host, guest, agency, brand, or Podorax representative. You also may not use names, photos, social links, or profile details that falsely suggest affiliation or endorsement.

Parody, commentary, or fan activity is not a fit for Podorax profiles unless it is clearly and professionally disclosed and does not confuse users about who is involved in a collaboration.

Account abuse includes creating multiple accounts to avoid limits, bypass enforcement, manipulate discovery, fake demand, inflate reputation, or continue contacting users after restrictions. It also includes sharing account access in a way that creates security or trust risks.

Podorax may connect related account activity using technical, behavioral, or support signals when investigating abuse. We may restrict connected accounts if they are used to evade enforcement.

Reviews and ratings must reflect real collaboration experiences. You may not buy reviews, trade unrelated benefits for positive ratings, threaten negative ratings, review yourself, use fake accounts, coordinate review rings, or pressure another user to change honest feedback.

Podorax may moderate reviews, remove ratings from reputation calculations, investigate suspicious patterns, or restrict accounts involved in manipulation.

Do not upload or link content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights. This includes profile photos, podcast artwork, copied descriptions, documents, episode materials, and attachments.

Do not submit false copyright reports to remove legitimate content or pressure another user. Copyright reports should be specific, truthful, and submitted through appropriate contact channels.

You may not scrape, harvest, bulk copy, sell, or export creator profiles, guest requests, messages, reviews, or other Podorax data without permission. Discovery features are for evaluating collaborations inside the product, not building external databases or outreach lists.

Automated collection can harm users, degrade performance, and undermine trust. We may block traffic, suspend accounts, or take other action when scraping is detected.

You may not upload malware, send phishing links, abuse attachments, test vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users' accounts or conversations.

If you believe you found a security issue, report it through the Security page instead of exploiting it, accessing data, or publishing details before Podorax can review the issue.

Security violations include bypassing authentication, accessing accounts or conversations without permission, probing private endpoints aggressively, exfiltrating data, sharing another user's private information, or interfering with Supabase-backed storage, database, realtime, or authentication workflows.

Responsible security research must avoid privacy harm, data destruction, persistence, social engineering, spam, extortion, and disruption. Use the Security page for reporting.

Automation that helps you manage your own workflow may be acceptable if it respects product limits and does not harm users. Automation used for spam, scraping, fake engagement, review manipulation, credential attacks, or platform disruption is not allowed.

Do not use scripts, bots, browser automation, or external tools to create accounts, send invitations, message users, save items, scrape data, manipulate rankings, or evade rate limits at scale.

Content on Podorax should be appropriate for a professional podcast collaboration platform. We may remove or restrict content that is illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit in an unwanted context, violent, hateful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unrelated to podcast collaboration.

We may also restrict content that creates trust risks even when it is not illegal, such as misleading claims, suspicious links, low-quality spam, or requests designed primarily to move users into unsafe off-platform funnels.

Podorax may respond to violations with warnings, content removal, review moderation, visibility limits, invitation or messaging restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account removal, or other actions appropriate to the risk. We may act quickly when behavior involves scams, threats, malware, impersonation, or serious safety concerns.

We consider context, severity, history, intent, and harm. Enforcement decisions may use reports, platform signals, support evidence, moderation review, and user-provided context.

If you believe Podorax made a mistake, contact us with a clear explanation, the affected account or content, and any relevant evidence. Appeals are reviewed based on available context and the safety of the broader community.

Appeals do not guarantee reversal. We may maintain restrictions when evidence is incomplete, risk remains high, or the behavior violated important trust and safety expectations.
