Podorax works best when podcast hosts and creators treat each other like professional collaborators. That means writing clearly, listening carefully, and remembering that every profile, request, response, and message belongs to a real person with their own goals, schedule, background, and boundaries.

Respect does not mean every collaboration has to move forward. Hosts can decline responses. Creators can ignore invitations. Either participant can decide a conversation is not the right fit. The standard is simple: be direct, be kind, and keep the interaction constructive.

Honesty is the foundation of a useful creator marketplace. Your profile should reflect your real expertise, your guest requests should describe real podcast opportunities, and your responses should explain why you are actually relevant to the conversation.

It is fine to present yourself well. It is not fine to impersonate someone else, claim credentials you do not have, use fake social links, invent podcast appearances, misrepresent a brand relationship, or post requests that are not connected to a real collaboration intent.

Podcast collaboration is time-sensitive. Hosts plan editorial calendars, creators prepare talking points, and both sides may coordinate across timezones. Respecting time means responding when you can, being clear about availability, and not leaving people guessing after a collaboration has started.

If you cannot make a proposed recording time, say so early. If a request no longer fits, decline politely. If you accept a collaboration, show up prepared or communicate before the other person has already invested their time.

Podorax is designed for meaningful podcast conversations, not generic outreach. Strong guest requests explain the topic, audience, ideal guest, format, language, recording expectations, and why the episode matters. Strong responses show specific relevance instead of sending the same pitch everywhere.

Quality matters more than volume. A thoughtful request can attract better guests. A focused response can stand out even if the creator has a smaller audience. A respectful message can turn a match into a useful episode.

Podorax should not feel like a cold DM machine. Discovery, invitations, saved items, and messages exist to help people find relevant collaborations. They should not be used for mass promotion, repetitive pitches, lead scraping, unrelated sales, or pressure campaigns.

Sending the same invitation to many creators, messaging users who have not engaged with you, pushing unrelated products, or using requests as disguised advertisements damages trust for everyone.

Reviews help hosts and creators decide who they can trust. They should reflect a real collaboration and focus on relevant behavior: preparation, communication, professionalism, reliability, and whether the person contributed to a useful conversation.

Do not use reviews as revenge, leverage, negotiation, or marketing manipulation. Do not post fake reviews, coordinate review swaps, threaten someone with a bad rating, or pressure someone to change a review. If a review seems abusive, dishonest, or unrelated, use reporting tools instead of escalating privately.

Trust is bigger than any single feature. Fake profiles, scams, impersonation, suspicious links, malware, review manipulation, harassment, and repeated bad-faith outreach make the marketplace less useful and less safe.

If something feels off, slow down. Check the profile, request details, review history, social links, and conversation context. Avoid clicking suspicious links. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or credential information through messages. Report behavior that appears fraudulent, unsafe, or abusive.

When guidelines are broken, Podorax may take action based on severity, history, context, and risk to the community. We may send warnings, limit invitations or messaging, remove content, hide or moderate reviews, restrict discovery visibility, close requests, suspend accounts, or remove accounts.

Some issues are mistakes that can be corrected. Others, such as scams, threats, impersonation, malware, or repeated harassment, may require immediate restrictions. Our goal is not to punish honest users; it is to keep the marketplace credible and safe enough for serious podcast collaboration.

A trusted creator community is built with user feedback. If you see a fake profile, abusive review, suspicious request, unsafe conversation, spam campaign, or platform behavior that feels wrong, tell us. Reports help us identify patterns and improve product safeguards.
